Return Policy Any product purchased from AlpineCurves between 1/1 and 11/23
may be returned within Holiday Return Policy Any product purchased from AlpineCurves between 11/24 and
12/31, may be returned by Definition of new, unaltered and unused

Item is without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. ·
Item still has original tags attached. ·
Item is returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Return Process You MUST contact us within 30 days if you
intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days
and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. ·
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if AlpineCurves
is not at fault. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. ·
We recommend
sending your return via the US Postal Service Insured Priority Mail, FedEx, or
UPS as
AlpineCurves is NOT responsible for lost packages. ·
Refunds are
contingent upon inspection, once the item is received.

Processing your return or exchange can take up
to 2 to 3 weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, please email Customer Service
to make special arrangements. All credits will be placed on the credit card
used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit
